Founded on a legacy that began in 1994 with one of Egypt's leading contracting firms, we have evolved into a modern real estate development company with a bold vision and a proven track record. Our expertise spans premium residential buildings in New Cairo, with 16 successful projects marking our early journey.
Today, we stand as a diversified player in the real estate sector, with strategic partnerships across 5 projects in the New Administrative Capital, joint ventures in New Cairo, and an expanding presence in the tourism sector, with investments in 4 resorts in Hurghada and 1 in Marsa Alam.
